I’m Jason Pierce, the proud owner of Pierce Communications.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
In 1999, I was the Infrastructure engineer at an insurance company and received a notice that the business was closing, and I had year-and-a-half retention, at which time I was going to lose my job. I started my business part-time during that year-and-a-half and then full-time once my retention was over. It has now been twenty years since I launched my business and over three decades since I’ve been in the communication business.
The biggest change since launching my business has been the introduction of technology and its integration of communication systems. Initially, when I started in communications, technology was completely individualized. IT, telephone, cabling, and all other trades were seen as an individual trade. Today, you have to be good at all of these trades to provide an excellent product to your customers.
As one of the premier telecommunication and computer specialists in the Omaha area, we can provide an affordable solution for all our customers’ needs. Moreover, we would not suggest a solution to our customers that we would not use ourselves.
While our cost-effective solutions and competitive pricing give us an edge over others, it is our core values of honesty and integrity that help us maintain a loyal customer base.
I believe my company maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and earned tremendous success over the years due to my team of hardworking employees who are dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs.
Finding a solution for our customers’ needs is probably the most fulfilling part of my job. I love getting in the trenches and working alongside my employees’ troubleshooting and installing. I would say the most rewarding part of my business would be the flexibility of my schedule. I can spend time with my family and daughters as they grow up to move out into the world.
When I’m not assisting my clients, my most favorite hobby includes coaching softball and watching my three girls play the sport I love. I also regularly play golf in my downtime.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way we do business.
